Quarter back spikes ball and it hits himself in the nuts

This is from a CFL game from 2000. Toronto's quarterback Kerwin Bell makes a nice fake to his running back and easily scores a TouchDown himself. Then he decides to spike the ball in a Winnipeg defender's face. He got sacked AND he got a Taunting penalty.
